Internet Connection sometimes ~15% of speed in contract

My German is not good, hope I can express my self in English and using a translator for German.

We have noticed that we receive a very reduced internet service at home.

Sometimes it reaches less than 15% of the speed included in the contract, with large fluctuations in signal quality.

Can someone help us with this matter?

Wir haben festgestellt, dass wir zu Hause einen sehr verminderten Internet-Service erhalten.

is the speed only so low in the evening? Are your devices connected to the router via LAN cable or Wifi?

It is slow especially in the evening, and we just use wifi, both the notebooks don't even have a LAN cable adapter. But the tests were run with me (and the notebook) standing next to the router.

Of course, what household today dont have smartphones or have other wlan in the surrounding area? If - picture of number of wlan and smartphones is needed I can provide.

Yes, please take a picture of the WLAN environment.  What do mobile phones achieve via WLAN? Which WLAN standard are you connected to?

2.4 normally, 5 is constantly not working ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

Now for example, answering this on phone, because home itnernet is not working...
