Which modem / router do you use? hitron
Do you use a loan device or do you have your own device? no own device
Which error occurs? (Speed too slow, website unavailable, etc.) The internet is too slow, not even ready to visit websites, around 10k downstream.
Which browser do you normally use? (IE and Chrome)
Which operating system do you have on your computer? (Windows 10)

It's slow all the time, I've rebooted the routers many times and still the same, no matter morning or evening.
I've tried Wifi and Ehternet LAN connection, it's slow either way, as I said, can barely open google front page.
