For the past two weeks, Internet both Ethernet and WiFi is extremely slow, maximum 8-10 mbps instead of usual 50 mbps and the wifi is interupting every few minutes.

Extremely annoying, especially since we are two persons working remotely from home and I can not reach Customer support on the telephone.
Will someone from Vodafone support please reach out and contact me?

Even with LAN, i can not reach any kind good speed. and always disruptions.
Tried multiple things.
I would like ASAP a technician to visit me and check the issue and have it fix.
We are two people working from home at the moment due to corona, and it is impossible!

The second thing is that we need to take certain precautions because of the current developments. Therefore, we need to know if there are any symptoms in your household that could be related to Covid-19.
