Hello,
I wanted to cancel my WLAN-Hotspot-Flat option, so I sent demand for cancelation via post in December 2019.
Contract is not canceled, and I'm still being charged for that option in January and February 2020.
Could someone help me with this?

thanks for the pm.
In December you sent us the revocation form you got to your contract. Since the contract was from October this was far too late to revoke the contract, as stated in our letter from December 27th.
What I can do is to take your post here from February 21st as a cancellation letter. The Hotspot-Flat will end on March 21st.
