My internet DSL is to slow!

Since I hired the DSL internet of 50, I only get 5 speed download.

I already contacted the customer service twice and so far no solution.

And I have to call several times to find someone who speaks in English.

Can someone help, please?

Have you tried over a wired connection? Your speed is at all times so low or only in the evening?

Hi, yes wired or wifi still the same. Is all time, not only in the evenings.

Have you tried pinging some websites, heise.de/vodafone.de the Ping should be in a region from 10-30ms.

You could also try and post a screenshot from the dsl connection information from your router. You have to connect to the webinterface, look at the back from you router, there should be the gateway (IP) and password labeled.

did you open a technical ticket already?

If not, please collect at least 3 speedcheck tickets:

• http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de
• At least 3 speedchecks
• Each during different daytimes and on different days
• Connection via cable, no WIFI
• No adapters, extension cables etc.
• No parallel downloads, streams etc.
