I am trying to get my DSL connection switched on for 3 months now. I was supposed to receive a technical guy in my house today, and he did not show up. I cant use the hotlines because i dont speak german and i cant get through the machine to reach a real person.
The Vodafone's customer service is terrible.

I have received the contract and router today, but it's not connecting to internet at all. Help in English is not available via hotline.
Anyone can redirect which is best option for non-German speaking people here in Germany?
It is British company, so I'd expect at least some English support

Sure we can help you. I'm a little bit cunfused about which technologie you are useing. DSL or cable (coax)? You wrote your issue twice in different boards.
If you are not sure - Which router did we sent to you?
