Hi,
I want to write about my problem with my internet EasyBox 804, because now it's so slow.
The first time I installed my Internet I was happy with what fast Internet, but after 2-3 months it became too slow.
I even watched video on the YouTube platform, it always appeared as 144p, if I put more then there was a perpetual video upload. Even in my online games, I started to notice this and the connection became worse and I can not hear what my friends are saying. Seychas I checked the speed of my internet and it is 3.7 Mbps, and even the download speed is 0.3 Mbps. I think this is very small. l want someone to write me what's happened with my Internet .

im sorry that you are not satisfied with your landline.
Please make a few speedchecks via http://speedcheck.vodafone.de/ & keep track of the ticketnumbers.
Then send me a private message with your customernumber, your mobile & 3-4 speedcheck Ticketnumbers.
Please make this checks with a direct lan connection & without other devices using the landline.
Then i will have a look & open an incident ticket if necessary.

Now , after when Tehnician came , he resolved problem and now is not 3 mbps but 6 mbps . Thanks , this is better than 3 mbps .

The router syncs itself with ~17 Mbit/s now.
Please try using a direct lan connection with the router. More then 6Mbit/s should arrive (as long as not multiple User/Devices use it simultaniusly). Though everyting from 6Mbit/s on is with the margin of the contract/tariff.
