Sorry for writing this in English. I live in Bayreuth and I have Vodafone Kable connection and the Internet is not working since 24th Evening. When I checked it via Router web, it says docsis offline. Please help me ASAP

is the Internet working again? If not, please send me a private message that includes your customer number, the birth date of the contract owner, the full address and his name. Answer here again after you sent the PM.
