Fritzbox 6490 is not connecting to net due to date/time not automatically setting, plus unsynching/resetting at 1:10am every day

I factory reset my frtizbox for the second time in two months and just like the first factory reset it will not connect to the internet at all because it needs the "time and date".

 

The fritzbox interface will not allow me to manually enter the time zone / date. Last time vodafone tech support had to do some magic on there end to fix the time/date issue but not the main problem of unsychronizing/resetting.

 

Forums here that I read said to call vodafone because the techs will speak English. Techs told me to write here because they can't / don't want to speak English. Secondary issue of vodafone. I'm learning German but isn't not good enough for tech support conversions yet; I tried so hard to German for the tech support. One vodafone techs was angry I didn't speak German and hung up on me. Second tech also refused to help but in a slightly less aggressive way. The hotline option after selecting "DSL" lets you press "6" for english speaking service but that gets you to Jole (every-time) and he only helps with mobile/handy problems and can't transfer you to anyone else. 

 

I just need my internet to work without costing me 30 mins of my life to reset/unplug it every. single. day.

That's 10,950mins/182.5hours/7.6days of my life every year that vodafone can't return to me.

 

Also the IP# starting reporting as two different numbers in the fritzbox web terminal and it's activity/error log

Yes my number is the same. 

Until it died again totally, I figured it was just the normal horrible Berlin copper wires


Hopfully some of our taxes can help Berlin upgrade everyone to fiber, faster

Thw wrong repair guy came out on Friday. He said I need a specialist and that he would set it up. 

Five days but I haven't heard from anyone about a new appointment being made. 

Can you tell me what is going on?

Hallo Vodafone 

 

The hotspot and homespot aren't connecting.  The cable Internet has been kaput for two weeks.

 

I really need to work from home. I was just in a bike accident so I am stuck at home. 

Can we get someone out to change the cellar cable this week?

sorry to hear about your accident :/. I hope you are okay so far. The technician forwarded your request to the right place. A certain type of task is needed here for a new installation task. The colleagues from the customer service will create it and a different technician will make an appointment. Do you have a mobile number from Vodafone, so we may check if we can give you free data volume?

My connection is not syncing again. The specialist repaired the cellar cable connection in 2020. I need a tech specialist to come out and fix the connection please.

Hey 

I need a tech to check the connection 

the fritzbox is registered to my account but 

there's an error message 

"myfritz address (IP) could not be determined" 

it's updating but never actually updates the IP to connect the cable

currently the Fritzbox is online. When was the last time the connection was interrupted and how long has the fault lasted in general?
