Bei einigen Kunden wird derzeit das gesparte Volumen über den Pass in der MeinVodafone App nicht angezeigt. Wichtig: Die Abrechung der Pass-Apps im Hintergrund ist davon nicht betroffen, es handelt sich lediglich um einen Anzeigefehler. Der Fehler wird aktuell untersucht - Updates gibts es hier.
Dear Vodafone Team,
I have recently ordered Kabel 50. When I plugged router in (following all the steps described in the manual and described on videos) the Internet is still not there. @ is blinking and I understand that it is not good.
Coudl someone please assist me? My German is not good enough to have a meaningful conversation with the customer support on the phone, and no one spekas English there (tried a couple of times already).
I need Internet ASAP. Thanks in advance!
The problem is: You'll most likely need a technician to fix the connection - fastest way is using the Hotline. Maybe you can ask one of your collegues or neighbours to help you.
We tried several times, but no one speaks English. We just moved to a new place in the new city, so we have nobody to ask
