Hallo, ich bin auf eine Fitzbox umgestiegen und habe mir ein neues Fitzbox-Telefon gekauft, allerdings kann ich mein Telefon damit nicht zum Laufen bringen.
Außerdem ist mein Deutsch nicht so gut, so dass ich niemanden dazu bringe, mit mir zu sprechen.
Natürlich habe ich dafür einen Übersetzer benutzt. Bitte geben Sie mir Tipps, was ich tun muss.

Hey KB6,
did you also set up telephony in the FRITZ! Box? The FRITZ! Box normally configures itself with the modem installation code. If you then register a FIRTZ! Fon on the DECT base station of the FIRTZ! Box, it should work.
Which FRITZ! Box and FRITZ! Fon model do you have?

Thank you for getting back to me.
I have set up a Telephone in my Fritzbox,.
It recognises it then it does not connect.
FRitzbox is 6590 Cable
The telephone is FRitzfon C5.
we get the original voice clips, but we cannot make calls.

the 6950 is none of our loan devices, is that a typo or is it your own device? If you get error 403 for your telephone numbers, please make a factory reset without using a backup file. In which federal state do you live?

do you use your own Fritzbox on our connection? The 6590 is a purchased device.
Is it possible that the phone numbers are not registered?
Or error code 403?
Have you already performed a factory reset of the Fritzbox?

It is telling me the phone numbers are not registered, how do I register them?
I am not happy to do a reset, I had a passcode from you to put into the FRitsbox. I work from home and cannot lose my wifi. My wife is a teacher and she cannot be without the internet also.

Have you entered the SIP data on the box?
If you don't have them, you can find them in the customer portal in your telephony settings under SIP data.
Has the telephony already worked with the Fritzbox? Has there been a contract change?
