Error turning off Homespot

I have a vodafone cable modem with Homespot turned on but when I access the conguration to turn in off, nothing happens.

I'm accessing the internet options in my profile

Selecting the No checkbox and clicking submit but this action is never processed. Returning to the previous screen, it says Homespot is ON.

Appreciate any assistance.

It takes 7 days to deactivate the HomeSpot service - this is the notice period...
