Hi all!

We are using at home an Easybox with Red Internet & Phone 50 DSL.

Since our tariff changed we haven't being able to use internet at home (even if paying for it). 

We tried to reinstall it and as well reset the router but it keeps getting stucked and give ERROR FC814/FC815.

We tried litteraly everything. Can someone help us out?

Hi @mirtilla91,

 

i'm sorry that you have a problem with the internet connection. I wrote a technical ticket and sent it to my colleagues. They will check the connection and contact you asap. You received a SMS with the number of that ticket.

 

As a temporary solution, I have ordered you a free LTE router with also free 50 GB data volume. You will receive it as a package in the next few days.

 

I hope your connection works quickly again.
