Hello! I'm Cezar, I recently returned 2 items to Vodafone on 17.10.2020:
- GigaTV Station
- WLAN-Kabelrouter Compal CH7466CE
The Sendungsnummer is 35865***
However, only 1 item was received, the GigaTV Station. According to the MeinKabek portal, the WLAN-Kabelrouter hasn't been received yet, and the due date was 21.10.2020. Its status is open.
I have sent both before the due date and I have the DHL Einlieferungsbeleg.
Will I be charged?
