I have a cable package for 200mbit/s download, 12mbit/s upload
General download speeds are consistent and good, but the upload has been floating between less than 1 mbit/s or at max, 1.5. Sadly as we all work from home right now, and I am a trainer who spends many hours teaching over Zoom, clients cannot see me clearly or hear me consistently.
I've already reset the fritzbox to factory settings and tried plugging directly into the router rather than using wifi - neither have fixed the issue so far.

is the upload speed low all day or are there times late at night or early in the morning when you get a better bandwidth? In which federal state do you live?

Thanks for the response.
I've tested the speed between 8am and 7pm and it seems to be pretty consistent on the upload speed - sometimes the download will fluctuate down to 60-80 range and then back up but the upload tends to stay around 1mbit.
I am in Berlin in Mitte specifically if that's helpful.

there is already a ticket ***349/20 that was assigned to a major ticket. That major ticket is about a high network utilisation, we will need to expand our net to lower that utilisation. When the work is done you will get an SMS.
