Dear Customer Support since then the last 10 days i have unpleasant experience with my internet service. upload/connection speed  , the connection is working perfectly but from 09:00 AM till the evening the internet connection is very unstable this is happening the last 10days i am a vodafone customer the last 4+ years i never had experience such a problem till i upgraded tarife/change router.

 

Connected PC - Ethernet 

 What exactly is disturbed ? Upload/Jitters/Ping/Packet Loss

 Did you do 3 speed checks  at different times ? Yes

How long has the problem existed? 10days

Has the connection already worked? yes

What hardware do you use : Loaner FRITZ! Box 6591 FRITZ!OS: 07.13

Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable

 

PingPlotter Test Via PC-Ethernet " I was the only device connected " rest applications consuming internet were off.

we made a appointment with a technician trough the hotline so i guess u can close this topic.

11 day's in a row exactly from 09:00 AM My internet speeds are not what i paid for .upload -70% and very unreliable ping is over the roof fritz!Box 6591 packet loss 50% + drop  and this last till 18:00 - 19:00 pm so i can use my internet only specific hours? this is very frustrating being unable to do my job i don't understand how this happens exactly at 09:00 am? is like vodafone did the setting on purpose till the night and then i can have normal speeds.

Problem fixed by itself the last 2 days so all good for now.

same problem today packetloss upload speed unstable  ping / jitters over the roof.

can customer support help me on this??? 9days passed still no info... this problem is very frustarating from 9AM Till the night jitters/ping/upload is insane i can't do my job properly seriously its been a month already!!
