(English) Slow internet and minimal download speed

Hi,

I'm writing in English as my German is still very basic.

 

I have Red Internet 100 DSL since September 2018. For the past 3 days, internet keeps on disconnecting and the download speeds I'm getting are way too slow. I can barely get anything done. I have attached the screenshot of the speedtest, run on Vodafone website, speedtest.net. as well as breitbandmessung.de. I'm getting less than 1mbit all the time both on laptop and mobile. This is happening at any time throughout the day.

I have tried the following without any results:
- Changing the DNS servers
- Restarting the modem (EasyBox 804)
- Resetting all internet settings to factory defaults

Can you please take a look into this asap and fix whatever is causing the problem? Or if there's something else I can try?

- tests with at least 6 hours in between

- tests via LAN

- no paralllel downloads or streams

- no VPN
