English-New Kabel contract no internet

Hello all,

I have bought new Kabel internet contract and received the Kabel router. I connected the Kabel Router into the wall socket via the adapter. After 24 hours the internet light on Kabelrouter still blinks red. It did not connect to internet. Could you please provide a solution? Thanks!

Hello Anildar,

 

I will need the following information to check this:

 

- customer number

- your birth date

- address

- MAC address of the modem

- a phone number
