(English) Moved to Mainz, Internet is not working

INTERNET ISSUE

I have and internet Kabel contract, I was living in Ingelheim, and when I moved to my new apartment I connect the same modem, everything is ok, except that the error message is that the IP is not correct so I don´t have internet.

Reset modem and internet several times. 

I dedicated hours to call but none could help me (and also none speaks english). I guess I called to every 0800 number that the company has in Germany.

How can I do to finally solve the problem?

Have you notified Vodafone about your relocation?

It might be that Vodafone does not offer cable services at your new home (as there might be another service operator) -or- that the line in your new home is not capable for internet right now and needs to be installed correctly by a technician.
