[English] Download is okay, but upload is disconnected time to time.

From the last week, I have a problem with the internet because uploading is totally out for few seconds. 

Seems downloading doesn't make any trouble, though.

Could you let me know how to fix it?

do the upload problems persist with a different coaxial cable? Are both WiFi and ethernet connections affected? If yes, please send me your details in a private message. I need your name, birth date, customer number and the full address. Write again in this thread and send us some time stamps when the upload didn't work.

Hi

Technician visited my place and there was a problem with cable socket and he replaced it.

now it works fine.
