Hello,
I have a contract with speed of 50mb.
My line has been upgraded and allows now speeds of 100mb, but I can not change my dsl tariff / bandwith in my vodafone interface which still only propose the 50mb rate.
If I do a dsl check on vodafone or telecom, I can get a 100.
And my fritzbox routeur shows a line with 110mb download and 40mb upload, but I'm stuck at 50.
How can I change that?
I tried to call customer service multiple times but could not find somebody who spoke english.

Hi nebas,
we need the password to check, if you are really the owner of the contract or a person who is allowed to order changes on the contract.
Since they are our servers, your data is protected.
