Hi,
Yesterday I got the vodafone internet. After the technical team uses the modem and create network. But ... until now it does not activation.
This is the second day and I do not understand why it does not activation.
I call hotline but all speaks German long and my German is low I dont understand everything.
Please support me.

im sorry that your landline is not working properly.
Do you get any error message when you try to enter the modeminstallationcode?
What router are you using, what leds are flashing?

I dont get any error message, just i commming from begining.
Everything is going good but it doesnt connect with vodafone entwork.

Now I have changed the adress and the tecknik team has connected the internet.
But I have again problem with internet and it doesnt fuction.

Hey Jaupi,
this errormessage means that you are using wrong login credentials.
You have moved to another location.
You did get a new modeminstallationcode with your welcomeletter on the 17th July 19.
Please check your email inbox / spam folder.
Reset the router to factory defaults (press the reset button on the backside of the router) then go to easy.box in your browser & enter the correct modeminstallationcode.
