I had a new apartment and the technician from Vodafone visited my house last week for the "Umzug" issue.
Unfortunatelly, my EasyBox cannot connect to DSL still. When I try to actiate EaxyBox, it always appears "Please plug the DSL cable into the dedicated DSL port on EasyBox" while the "continue" button keeps gray. How could I solve this problem please?

yes, all cables are connected.
Yesterday I called the service center, they asked me to set to factory settings.
However, as long as I confirm the factory setting, my laptop is disconnected from EasyBox, and the thin and long light of Easybox is continuously shining in red for whole day. Seems not set back to factory settings.
What can I do now please?
