Dears,
I newly subscribed the cable service at speed of 400 MB/s , unfortuantely I recieve much lower speed than that and continous interruptions, when asking my neighbours they informed me that there is a known issue and i have to report for credit or immeditate termination option, please check.

do you have a low speed all the time or is it rather in the evening and on weekends? What speed do you receive exactly? How often do you experience interruptions, do they occur with a connection over cable?
