Hi, I have moved from the first to the second floor in the same building and I ordered a DSL move.
I chose the disconnecting date 19.10, and the connecting date 29.10.
However, on the portal "MeinVodafon", the date of disconnecting is shown27.10, but at this time I will no longer have access to this apartment.
Also, I don't understand why the technician needs to come twice if the disconnecting and connecting takes less than five minutes and will take place in the same building

the technician appears only for connection.
I see, that you write to Andre via private message to clarifying questions about the movement.
Unfortunately we cannot give an earlier date for connection. It is already the next possible date.
