DSL never works in a New connection

Hi,

Today the telekom technician came to setup the connection. He setup the DSL and said it will work within next 15 minutes. It never did. Now I see the DSL status in fritzbox and it doesn't have a signal. VDSL2 switches to training and then to no signal. 😞 ( "Keine antwert seit 0")

After a month of wait for technician appointment I am now afraid to even think about next appointment and when my connection will finallyl start. 😞
Can anyone suggest what should be the next step? Is there anything I can do?

have the customer-service opened a trouble-ticket for you yet?

 

If not, please DM your customer data.

 

Except of that, I need the following data:

 

Your mobile number and your current email-address.

 

When are you at home, in case a technician has to fix your line?

 

Is it easier for you to be there from 8:00-12:00am or 13:00-17.00pm?

 

Which day fits - select a day from monday until friday.
