Hi, we have DSL 16 contract about 2 month, in the beginning internet was working, but speed was too slow (around 3Mb/s). Since the Last week internet stop working at all. We called tech support 5 times, rebooted the router, reset to the factory settings, but nothing helped. We have router fritzbox 7430 (we bought it new by our own). My question is how we can cancel contract because we still paying for the service which we are not receiving at all?
