Hello Mr./Ms. Vodafone service,
First sorry to write this down in English.
I made a contract for DSL and last Friday the technician came for the installation.
We checked the box in the basement and found out that the Leitung is broken.
I couldn't get any further information about what would be the next step to fix the problem.
I have called Telekom asking about it, but they said that they did not receive any note from the technician.
They suggest me to make another Termin with Vodafone,
but I want to make sure the technician coming next would know what is the problem exactly.
Could you help me to solve this situation, please?

It's no problem to write us in English.
When the technician found out, that the line is broken, he usually makes a note for us and for Telekom. Then will be clarified, which work is necessary to fix it.
Usually, another appointment with a technician is agreed then. Did you already hear something from us?
