Hi,
I have a problem with my connection. I am not able to connect to the internet.
My problem is that I had an appointment with technician and unfortunetly I missed it
He connect my home to the server (I see on the router that is connected) but I am not able to my account (timeout during MIC or user and pssword - all data are correct). Do you know the number to vodafone with whome I can talk in english? No one can help me on hotline...

Hey KrzysiekS,
if the technician has missed you in the timeslot communicated in the welcomeletter, its necessary to make a new appointment.
Even if the router gets a dsl signal, you are most likely connected to the wrong line inside the house.
As long as we don't get the confirmation from the service engineer from the telecom, the login credentials / modeminstallationcode is not working.

There is no dedicated english speaking hotline for dsl customers. Most agents should be able to handle a call neverthess.
