DSL - Technician not come

Hi,

A technician was supposed to come on 21.01.2019 for installation of the DSL line at my address but he hasn't come in yet and no response/callback from Vodafone. I also went to the store but couldn't get too much help.

I see a lot of stories like this on the forum. Can I cancel my contract now since it is not installed yet? Or how do I contact the right person to come and quickly install the modem.
