DSL Slow connection

DSL connections from Vodafone connected to FritzBox runs very slow and gives speed of Kb's . A simple webpage takes a long time to load. I tried to contact but no support . Please help to get this resolved.

What have you already tried before? Disconnected from power? Reset router on factory settings and re-configured withe MIC?

Is your router connected via LAN or WLAN?

Which kind of router do you use?

Doea the failure appear the whole time or in special time frames?
