DSL Light blinking ON and OFF pulsate and Internet is not connected

Hi,

My Internet is not working from April 8th, I tried all the troubleshooting like rebooting the router and resetting the router, checked my cables connections.

I am trying to call customer care not able to get english speaking tech support.

Please help. My DSL light is blinking and internet is not coming

After reset modem i am not able to activiate modem showing timeout

Hi Vikram,

I open a ticket for that and technician has to take a look at this.

Please tell me a day next week, where its possible to check this? Until 2 pm or later up to 8 pm?

Please book appointment next week April 16th Thrusday afternoon 2PM to 8PM.

and kindly confirm technican visit.
