DSL-Benutzername / Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)

For this few hours I can't access the internet, getting this Fehler 691 and said that my username/password are wrong. I can still log in to MeinVodafone but I'm not nure what did I do wrong.

I also have input the MIC on fritz.box and input my online registration code on MeinVodafone.

Please help, my class are going to start soon and I couldn't join without internet.

Hi Fadhyl

I understand that this is confusing. I am not referring to MeinVodafone, but to Internet access. There is often an error code if the data is incorrect or the connection has been blocked, for example because of outstanding bills.

Could that be you?
