DOC SIS offline, Internet light red, no internet access

Dear Vodafone support,

I have been trying to reach you via email, phone, and in your shop without any solution to my problem. Its unfortunate.

I have installed the router on Wednesday evening, and followed all the instructions. Still I dont have access to internet, when I log in, it says Docsis offline. Furthermore, the light of internet keeps on popping up in red. 

Can you please provide support here? Its quiet urgent, since all my work is related to internet. 

According to the sales team, the internet should be already active in my area, but it doesnt seem to be. 

Please follow up urgently. If you need info as account number, router number... Get back to me.

Hello Hajare,

if the router does not come online after the first installation, a technician has to visit you.

Have you already been able to reach anything via the hotline?

If not, please send me a PM with your customer data (name, address, customer number and date of birth).
