Customer support in English

The technician has come to my flat on Monday 07/10.
Since then, I am not able to use the wifi and have the following problems:

Internet spy is red most of the time 

When I link multiple devices the connection breaks

Does not connect automatically from mobile

The phone loses the connection

Sometimes triggers a browser window from mobile

Download speed goes up and down

Sometimes the phones light is red


Is it possible to talk to someone in English?
I have called the customer service many times and when I am able to speak to someone, they can not speak.
Since I am starting to pay for the service I can not use the internet.


Can someone help me?

That really sounds not good. Did you already try a factory reset an re-configure the router with your MIC?
