Constant packet loss while gaming

Hello. Meaby someone can help me out. for last 5 days i have all time packet loss & choke while playing games.

I have tryed many things to try fix but no good results. Disabling firewall on router fixed issue for few hours. Have done all of basic fix. Have tryed other network cable and all with no results. Internet looks fine on speedtest.

This really makes not playable games. While surfing or watching netflix u can't feel any problems only when start playing games.

I have fixed this issue by disabling firewall on router.
