Hello,
Since the past week, the internet has been absolutely horrible, constant disconnects, very slow speed. I have RED Kabel 500Mbps plan, yet I can't even have 10mbps speed, I can't connect to my work VPN, nothing works, I can't work from home, Can someone please help me?
I'm posting the info here.
Malfunction of cable Internet services
- Which product do you have? (e.g. Internet + Phone 32) RED Internet + Phone 500 Cable
- Which modem/ router do you use? (e.g. Hitron) Vodafone Station
- Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device? Rental Device from Vodafone
- What error occurs? (speed too slow; website not accessible etc.) Speed too slow, sometimes unable to connect to a lot of servers (including work VPN etc.) sometimes it disconnects completely.
- Which browser do you normally use? (e.g. Firefox) Chrome
- What operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows) Windows & Mac
- Start and duration of the fault (beginning of April, permanent) Started showing lot of problems from 26th June 2020

Currently, a disrupter is radiating on our upstream and thus causes a massive error rate. Our technicians are already working on eliminating this.
