Connection doesn't work and no way of getting any help from customer service without speaking German

I moved to Germany recently and so far have no success with installing Vodafone cable connection. My router is TG3442DE and I can not install it as the red light just won't stop blinking. It's been like this for a few days already so I don't think that I did not wait long enough.

Unfortunately, I can't call the contact centre as I can't even get through all requests to say this and that in German and actually reach a person. 

Is there any other way I can get help?

thanks for your message. How exactly did you connect the modem? Does the television work on the antenna socket?

If everything is correct, I need your customer number and address by private message. I will then send you a technician to look for the right one.
