Hello,
I have got the new DSL internet contract since begining of July with vodafone. The technician came already in the end of July. But so far I havn't recieved any new router. Fortunately, I had my old one which is also easybox804. So I have been trying to use the old one instead. Whenever I connected to the internet signal it keep alert this message...
No internet connection!
You don't have internet access as the EasyBox is not yet activated.
Please press Activate to start the activation of your EasyBox.
Then I clicked activate. But It alway stuck at this process ....
"Please plug the DSL cable into the dedicated DSL port on EasyBox."
I had a serveral calls to the vodafone hotline customer service and also technician.
But How can I know when the new router is supposed to arrive? And how long in fixing process would need?
Even do you somehow have any trick to connect my old router?
