Cancellation of Vodafone DSL package, 67663 Kaiserslautern

Dear Sir/Madam,

# Update 2: On Friday, 29.05.2020 at 10.30AM, I received a Vodafone-SMS that a package is on delivery.

# Update 1: I contacted Vodafone Whatsapp on Thursday, 28.05.2020 and they said the contract has been cancelled at 9:30PM. Please validate the information for me.

On Thursday, 28.05.2020 at 4.30PM, 2 men came to my apartment without appointment and introduced as Vodafone employees. They checked my apartment and told me that they will install free Vodafone Internet cable. It sounded very cool, so I provided them my IBAN and also my signature.

After they left, I realized I was tricked into registering the Vodafone 100 DSL package (19.99Euro/month with 100Euro gift money). They told to come back for the cable installation 2 days later (Saturday, 30.05.2020),

I want to cancel the registration of Vodafone 100 DSL (or anything in that afternoon). I do not want that package. I am currently using Vodafone Hotspot Flat.
