Cancel internet and phone contract - moving out of Germany

Hi,

I am relocating to the Netherlands and would therefore like to cancel both my internet (DSL) and mobile phone contracts.

I went to the store where I sent them both up but they told me that I needed to send a cancellation letter to your offices. I just want to make sure that I do not miss any information. Do I only need to send a letter saying that I want to cancel both contracts with a proof or deregistration from the city that I live in? Or is there any offical document from vodafone that I need to fill in?

Hi Enzo,

you just need to send us an e-mail via our contact form in order to cancel your DSL connection.

Please mention that you are leaving Germany and tell us the exact date.

My colleagues get back to you if they need further info from you.

Please note that there is no special termination right for mobile phone contracts as you can still use it everywhere.
