Hello,
I have a problem with my easy box 804 set up. I get to the point after entering the mic were it says my modem is being activated but then it just displays a message saying "the activation was not successful". I already tried 10 times turning on and off my modem.
Today a had an appointment with a technician to check my dsl connection but I waited for 5 hours and he never showed up. I'm very disappointed in Vodafone service by now.
Anyone knows about a troubleshooting I can do by myself to check if the problem is my dsl line or the modem? I figured I am not getting help from a technician so I'll do it myself.
As a plan b, how can I terminate my contract? since Vodafone is not taking seriously their customer service.
