Cable internet not working from 18 Feb 2020

My cable internet service is not working from 18 Feb 2020. I definitely tried

1. Disconnecting the router cable and reconnecting the cable again. 

2. Restarting the router multiple times

This did not help at all. The power/cable light in the modem/router is blinking and it is not staying lit. So, i believe there is a problem at the service provider side.

I am from Berlin, Germany.  My customer id is 332xxxxxx. My modem is Fritz Box 6490.

Please help me to resolve this problem, Thanks in adavance.
