Cable internet goes down for 3-4 minutes multiple times a day (English)

Sorry for not writing this in German, it's still not very good. For the past week, my internet connection has been going down for 2-3 minutes multiple times a day. The modem internet LED indicator starts blinking and it starts rejecting my packets:

The situation resolves itself after 3-4 minutes without rebooting anything. Unfortunately I don't see any connection logs in my CH7466CE admin page (only for Wi-Fi which I don't use), so I can't post them here. Could you please help?
