Cable - Internet Issue. my modem status is stuck 'In Progress'

Hi, my Internet connetction is in trouble for about a month.

my internet worked some time for a few hours, but commonly did not work.

and i tried to re-plug cable to the router, reboot the router and even factory reset the router several times.

I've checked the status of the modem in the router setting web page (192.168.0.1) and the status is stuck at 'In Progress'.

I have reviewed some other questions on this board and this seems to be a relatively common issue with no way to resolve without the help of a technician. Unfortunately, I cannot speak German yet and have not been able to navigate the call system to speak with someone about this.
