I had problems with Vodafone router. I reported issue to online service, they were not able to help me as my problem is regarding technical service. Instead online service gave me a technical service number, which has automatic german reply with no possibility to switch it to english. After numerous tries to contact real people, 2-3 technical specialists were not able to speak english. I tried my best to explain in german that I need an appointment with master to see what are the problems I have with my router, but contact persons were not interested in making appointment for me unfortunately.
Then I decided to report issue to WhatsApp bot which 90% of time doesn't work and replies to me after a day or something. Fortunately I was able to report issue and after several days I received call, but didn't have time to respond as call lasts only 1-2 seconds and I had time just to take my phone and see then someone is calling. For me it's clearly call to mark that you called me, but I didn't respond. No one contacts me since that.

So not at all satisfied

I haven't noticed it today. But what you're saying is it's ok to have connection lost from time to time

Today morning 8:47-8:52, 8:55-8:58 my router lost internet connection and I was unable to use it.

BTW this is the error message I recieve trying to send reply with only text above

Again during 9:59 - 10:01 internet was unavailable.
Besides I wanted to know do you have guaranteed percentage of availability?

I can't see any error rate on the way back, but I can see other errors. But a technician has to look at them on site. Would that be all right and will the colleague come with you to the house system?

 

The second is that we have to take certain precautions due to the current developments. Therefore, we need to know if there are any symptoms in your household that could be related to Covid-19. We do not want to offend you, of course, but on the other hand we do not want to endanger more people unnecessarily.
