2,4 GHz Wi-Fi band not working

Hallo zusammen,

As mentioned in the title, the 2,4 GHz band of my Vodafone station is not working aymore. I tried multiple resets (button pushed for more than 30 seconds) and to split the SSIDs, but it is still not working.
What can I do? Any idea?
