Hello, I have a Kabel-Anschluss and I suddenly lost my internet connection at around 23:00 last Saturday. I had a ticket filed for this which updated yesterday and said that there was indeed an internet disruption and that they cancelled the technician visit. But until now it has not been updated yet and I still have no internet. Is there any way to know when I can have my internet connection back?
