I moved in to an apartment with the landlord's internet connection of cable and fritzbox. there are a few websites like google.com which do not load and netflix does not work. the message displayed is "This site can’t be reached".
I read here that it is a common issue, and could be related to defintions (like IPV6?) - however I do not speak german and cannot speak to customer service. How can I get support, and what details from the landlord are needed?
