internet connection drops very frequently

I have internet connection via cable. It keeps dropping every now and then. I am having a vodafone provided fritz!box 6660 cable router. Whenever the conenction drops, I could see below log in event log.

Router has been replaced recently ( it is a brand new router). Can you please assist.

Same here in Frankfurt the whole day, I called VF they said they have an incident, I've asked how long now, they said 2 months.

Looks like it is more of a issue at the vodafone side or the coaxial cable is faulty.

I'm in Frankfurt too and my internet has been dropping since 28 March, it still says on the chat that it's a known problem but it's been going for 1.5 month and driving me crazy. Does anyone have an update on when the will be resolved ? I find it unacceptable that we keep paying full price for this. My internet drops multiple times a day!
